With our technology, you can accurately and reliably detect leaks in your packaging, which is essential to ensure the quality and safety of packaged products. We have developed multiple standard solutions for a wide range of packaging types, including pouches, sachets, bottles, cans, trays, capsules, and more.

Over the years, we have had many different requests for different types of packaging. That is why we have already developed many different stand-alone package leak detectors, which have since become several standard solutions. Because that, of course, is the ideal situation: a machine that can be used for different types and sizes of packaging. Our Stationary Leak Tester (as well as the SLT XL and SLT XXXL) is specially designed for any flexible packaging, such as pouches, stick packs, bags and sachets.

There are also a wide range of semi-rigid and rigid packaging. And for that, we came up with a solution to use a standard machine and only need to design the mould to the exact shape of your packaging. This allows you to test different packaging in one type of machine, just by changing the mould. With cans, bottles and vacuum packaging, you only have to change the clock head. But how do we make sure you reduce costs, time and waste? By non-destructive testing, you ensure that packaging does not need to be discarded after a test, compared to destructive testing. In addition, our package leak detectors test very quickly and do not require visual inspection.
