Our in-line leak testing methods

The Rotator
We proudly present our in-line solution for measuring flexible MAP-packaging: The Rotator. With this in-line leak detector, we are able to test up to 120 individual packages per minute. Because of its unique design, the Rotator has a limited footprint and will help you make sure all of your packaging is leaktight.

The Rotator
In-line Liquid Pouches Leak Tester
LIQUID POUCH LEak Detector
This solution is intended for flexible MAP and liquid filled pouches. In this case, the customer has a product that is a combination of both MAP packaging and liquid. This in-line leak detector can test up to 80 of these combined pouches per minute.

Rigid Cartridges Leak Tester
Oxipack’s tailor-made in-line solution for rigid cartridges, which is able to measure up to 60 cartridges per minute. The customer asked for 100% leak detection, so we created a solution, able to measure leaks in the rigid packaging down to 15 microns. This in-line leak detector reduces testing time, costs and a significant amount of waste on a daily basis.

Can Leak Tester Semi Inline
This Can Leak Tester is a semi inline machine with a constant flow of cans. From the constant flow, a random can is grabbed and moved to the measurement position. Approved cans are re-inserted into the packaging line. Leaking cans are sent to the reject area for further tests.

Semi Inline vacuum leak tester
The Semi Inline Vacuum Leak Tester is custom designed for the dimensions of the customers vacuum (coffee) packs. The machine first checks to see if the package is soft, when that’s the case, the package gets rejected instantly. Even the smallest leaks are detected by our semi-inline leak detection machine. After the test, the pack automatically gets placed back into the production line, or it gets rejected based on your parameters. Leaks are detected quickly, easily and, of course, non-destructively! Less waiting times, less waste and a faster reaction when leaks are discovered.
