  3. Dye penetration test: This air leak test is applied to the outer surface of the package, and the package is pressurized. If there are any leaks, the sye drawn into the package, revealing the location of the leak. This method is relatively slow and affect the package. 
  4. Microbial Ingress Test: This method involves introducing microorganisms into the package and then incubating it. If microorganisms grow inside the package during incubation, it indicates a leak that allowed them to enter. It is a complex air leak test procedure and requires controlled environment and time. 
  5. Helium Leak Testing: This highly sensitive air leak test method uses helium gas as a tracer to detect leaks. The package is pressurized with helium, and a sensitive detector is used to identify any helium that has escaped through leaks. It requires helium gas, which makes it a very expensive air leak test method. 
  6. Vacuum decay method: Our air leak detection equipment is testing according to the vacuum decay method. This method involves placing the package within a chamber and creating a vacuum. Any pressure changes within the package are monitored to detect leaks. If the pressure within the package changes over time, it indicates the presence of a leak.
